Shipping & Returns Guide

At Dare To Dominate Fitness, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the procedures, eligibility requirements, and conditions governing returns, refunds, replacements, shipping issues, and order cancellations.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. General Terms

Dare To Dominate Fitness reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any revisions will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.

Customers who purchase products from Dare To Dominate Fitness are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions contained in this policy.

For all return, refund, replacement, or order-related inquiries, customers should contact us through our Contact Us page or by email at daretodominatefitness@gmail.com.

2. Return & Refund Request Period

Customers must submit any return, refund, or replacement request within twenty-five (25) calendar days of the delivery date.

Requests submitted after the applicable return period may be denied at the sole discretion of Dare To Dominate Fitness.

To support a claim, customers may be required to provide photographs, videos, tracking screenshots, or other documentation demonstrating the issue.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

3.1 Before Shipment

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed and shipped.

If approved, a full refund will be issued.

3.2 After Shipment

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return procedures outlined in this policy.

3.3 Seller-Initiated Cancellations

Dare To Dominate Fitness reserves the right to cancel and refund an order if:

  1. Inventory becomes unavailable;
  2. A product is discontinued;
  3. A pricing or listing error occurs;
  4. The order cannot be fulfilled due to operational limitations; or
  5. Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfillment.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved, Dare To Dominate Fitness will process the refund within three (3) business days.

Actual posting times may vary depending on the customer’s payment provider or financial institution.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers should inspect their order immediately upon receipt.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, missing components, significantly different from its description, or incorrect, customers must notify Dare To Dominate Fitness within the return request period.

Acceptable evidence may include:

  • Clear photographs of the product;
  • Videos demonstrating the issue;
  • Photos of shipping labels;
  • Photos of packaging damage;
  • Screenshots of tracking information; and
  • Any other documentation reasonably requested.

After review and approval of the claim, Dare To Dominate Fitness may provide:

  • A full refund;
  • A partial refund;
  • A replacement product;
  • Replacement parts or accessories; or
  • Another mutually agreed resolution.

If a return is required, a prepaid return label may be provided when applicable.

6. Incorrect or Missing Products

Although all orders undergo quality control before shipment, errors may occasionally occur.

Incorrect Products

If a customer receives an incorrect product, Dare To Dominate Fitness may offer either:

  1. A replacement shipment; or
  2. A full refund.

Missing Components

If parts or accessories are missing:

  1. Components that do not affect product functionality may be replaced or partially refunded.
  2. Components that affect product functionality may result in a replacement product being issued.

Wrong Color or Size

Where a product differs in color, size, or other non-functional characteristics, Dare To Dominate Fitness may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit after review of the claim.

7. Non-Defective Returns

Dare To Dominate Fitness does not guarantee acceptance of returns based solely on customer preference.

Examples include:

  • The customer changed their mind;
  • The item is no longer wanted;
  • The wrong item was ordered by the customer;
  • The product was purchased by mistake.

If a non-defective return is approved:

  • The product must be unused;
  • The product must be in original condition;
  • Original packaging must be included.

Approved non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking and repackaging fee of up to thirty-five percent (35%) of the purchase price.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

8. Shipping and Transit Issues

8.1 Packages Returned During Transit

If a package is returned during transit due to carrier issues, failed delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or similar circumstances, customers may request either:

  1. A refund; or
  2. Redelivery.

Refunds will be processed within three (3) business days after approval.

Redelivery will typically begin within five (5) business days after approval.

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return.

8.2 Packages Lost in Transit

If tracking information confirms that a package has been lost in transit, Dare To Dominate Fitness may offer a replacement shipment or refund after verification.

8.3 Packages Damaged in Transit

Customers must provide evidence showing transit damage, including photographs or videos.

Following verification, Dare To Dominate Fitness may provide:

  1. A replacement shipment;
  2. A full refund; or
  3. A partial refund where appropriate.

9. Delayed Deliveries

Orders may occasionally experience delays due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier delays;
  • Customs inspections;
  • Severe weather;
  • Natural disasters;
  • Public health emergencies;
  • Labor disruptions; or
  • Other force majeure events.

If tracking information shows no meaningful update for an extended period, customers may contact Dare To Dominate Fitness for investigation.

Claims involving delayed shipments will be evaluated based on carrier information, destination country, and shipping method.

10. Delivered But Not Received Claims

If tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered but the customer reports non-receipt, Dare To Dominate Fitness reserves the right to investigate the claim before issuing a refund or replacement.

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • A non-delivery statement;
  • Communication from the local carrier;
  • Proof of address; or
  • Additional supporting documentation.

Resolution may require cooperation with the shipping carrier and may take several weeks depending on the circumstances.

11. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout.

While Dare To Dominate Fitness will make reasonable efforts to assist with address corrections before shipment, corrections cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.

If an order is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any associated recovery, return, or reshipping costs.

12. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Dare To Dominate Fitness at daretodominatefitness@gmail.com.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the request.
  3. Submit any requested documentation.
  4. Await return authorization instructions.

Products returned without authorization may not qualify for a refund.

Approved returns should be shipped within ten (10) days of receiving return authorization.

13. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are generally not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund unless defective:

  • Print-on-demand products;
  • Customized products;
  • Personalized items;
  • Special-order products;
  • Pre-order inventory;
  • Digital products;
  • Downloadable content;
  • Photography or video services already delivered.

Dare To Dominate Fitness shall not be liable for delays, damages, or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters;

  • Floods;
  • Earthquakes;
  • Pandemics;
  • Government actions;
  • Customs inspections;
  • Labor strikes;
  • Supply chain disruptions;
  • Transportation interruptions;
  • War; or
  • Other force majeure events.

In such circumstances, Dare To Dominate Fitness will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates and assist customers.

15. Unacceptable Claims

Dare To Dominate Fitness reserves the right to deny claims that are unsupported, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with this policy.

Examples may include:

  • Lack of supporting evidence;
  • Product differences disclosed before purchase;
  • Customer misuse of the product;
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer;
  • Claims submitted outside the return request period; or
  • Claims resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with carrier or customs requirements.
